Planning the perfect trip takes up a lot of time that most probably you don’t even have. Although travelling has always made us happy, finding time to plan our trips was a source of great frustration for us back in the day when we still had our 9-5 jobs.

Hi, we’re Katerina and Maria, two born-and-raised Athenians with a passion for the Greek Islands and Italy, but you probably know that already. If not, you can read more about us here.
Although we can help you plan any type of trip, we have a soft spot for – and expertise on – trips that focus on visiting off-the-beaten-path destinations, travelling in the low season, staying in family-run boutique hotels, savouring delicious veggie food and joining authentic meaningful experiences that help you immerse yourselves in the local culture.
Another thing that makes us stand out among other trip planners is our honesty. Yes, we’ve travelled to many countries in and out of Europe. Do we offer custom travel services for all these destinations? Absolutely not.
We’ll only step in to help you with your travel plans if you’re thinking of visiting any of the countries we’ve spent a lot of time in and know quite well.
When we say that we live in countries rather than counting them, we mean it and slow travel isn’t just a catchy phrase for us; it’s a way of life.
So, although we can always share our opinion about places we’ve briefly visited, we’ll never sell custom travel itineraries for such destinations.

Greece Travel Planning Services
Born and raised in Greece, we know this sunny corner in Southern Europe like the back of our hands.
Anyone can help you visit Mykonos or Santorini, but what about all the other lesser-known Greek Islands that await you? We’ve visited most of them and we can take the stress off figuring out ferry routes and other similar logistics.

Our Travel Planning Services & What You’ll Get
We’re currently offering two different travel planning services and you can opt for either or both of them.
✔️ CUSTOMISED ITINERARY PLANNING
You’ll receive a detailed itinerary in PDF form that you can print or download. For each overnight stay in your itinerary, we’ll include at least three different accommodation suggestions.
In this personalised itinerary, you’ll find the breakdown of each day, including plenty of recommendations for sightseeing, eating and drinking, but also our local expert tip on when you should slow down and simply take in the destinations you’re visiting.
You’ll also receive a map with all the points of interest included in your custom itinerary, as well as packing tips to help you decide what to wear depending on the weather and specific activities.
✔️ ONE-ON-ONE VIDEO CONSULTATION
You’ll have a 60-minute video call with us, during which you can ask any questions or share any concerns.
After our chat, you’ll receive a document summarising everything we discussed, including answers to your questions and curated recommendations.
You’ll also receive a recording of our video meeting so that you can go back to our chat any time you want.

What’s Not Included
We don’t offer booking services. As travel consultants, we’ll do all the research for you and send you all the recommendations regarding flights, accommodations, best routes, tours, transfers, ground transportation, restaurants, attractions, etc, but you’re responsible for all bookings and reservations.
Pricing
Customised Itinerary Planning
Pricing depends on several factors, such as the number of days, number of destinations and items on your itinerary. You’ll receive a quote with the total cost after you fill in this form.
One-on-One Video Consultation
One 60-minute consulting session costs 100 EUR.
How It Works
Fill in this form. It shouldn’t take you more than five minutes, but your answers will help us prepare for our one-on-one consulting session or
send you a quote for the total cost of your custom travel itinerary.
Once you fill in the form, we’ll email you with the next steps, such as payment information, a link to book your video session and/or a quote and estimated time of delivery of your personalised itinerary.
